We read everything and reply to as much as we can. Bug reports and “this number seems wrong because…” messages jump the queue — getting the math right matters more to us than anything else.

Before you write

Many questions are answered right on the tool pages — each one has a short FAQ and a “show the math” panel. If you’re unsure whether a result is right, open that panel and check the working; it often makes the answer obvious.
